Mark Cappis is now a shareholder of Hamilton Misfeldt & Co.  Mark has been with the firm since 1990 and specializes in Start-up, operations and liquidations of S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, family limited partnerships, L.L.P.'s and L.L.C.'s.  In addition, he has worked with individuals in tax and personal financial planning.  He also has considerable experience in dealing with audits of HUD assisted housing projects.
